I have been thinking of replacing my 86 dodge pickup. Getting tired of working on it all the time and want something better to pull a 7000lbs. gross trailer. I am thinking of a 3/4 ton,cab and chassie, with around a 350 cu.in. engine and a six speed manual transmission. I would prefer a basic truck, no power anything, no AC, or even power steering. Maybe a towing package, would consider a limited slip rear end. Can any of the American trucks be had like this? What should I expect to pay for such a truck? Just thinking, getting started now, haven't done any checking at any local dealers yet.
