In a recent thread, there were comments regarding the JD 5525 and an engine problem. Others added some founded, and some seemingly unfounded comments reagarding the 5000 series and quality. One suggested a JD 6000 series was better but I believe that has the same engine as the 5000. I have owned a JD 5520 with good results and am thinking of a new JD 5525 or perhaps a JD 6000 series. I believe the 5525 is made in Mexico and the 6000 in Germany. I like the 6000 cab. What are the thoughts on the quality of the JD 5000 or 6000 series from those who own or have first-hand experience with them? I like the JD's I have had and my only other choice might be a Kubota.
