It does have the RoosaMaster pump off of a DT407 on it. I can tell him to replace the seals on the pump and see what that does. It has tons of power but just smokes alot upon start up. AFter you work it for a bit it cleans up and runs great. We adjusted the timing and it starts in 30 deg. weather after two turns of the motor and without ether.
