Chad, The tractor with the flat style PTO is the older style 1939-40 cira. The Bigger is the new style. To answer you question Yes it will work, But it is the smaller shaft annd needs an adapter. So check around the local wrecking yards and see if you can find a new style one. You will be more happy! Hope this helps. Later, John A. OBTW...
