Just fooling around here today and got on the Google earth site. Apparently they have taken new photos in our area because I can zoom down way closer than I could a few months ago. Now I can get to about 2000 ft eye altitude without it getting blurry. Our farm is at about 1000- 1150' elevation above sea level. I assume the eye elevation is also above sea level and not ground level. Well if anyone wants to look enter 40 39 12N 80 19 58W into the search box and it will (I think) take you to a photo centered about 4500' above a pasture just east of our barn. See all our small fields surrounded by steep woody hillsides. Post some coordinates for your places if you wish. Comments welcome. I like to view aerial pictures, especially ones with nice long contour strips and open country. Phil
