If you've got a loader run off of the tractor's own hydraulics, that's probably just the way it is with that tractor. Older ones ussually have lower GPM and PSI outpupts on the hydraulics, and it's just the 3pt. pump you're tied into for a loader, that's why they seem kinda slow. Even on remote cylinders there is a noticeable difference in speed.

The answer for a loader is to get a separate pump to drive off either the front of the crankshaft or the PTO in back. We've got a Massey 165 w/ a loader on it, has a front pump and I tied into the rear end of the tractor for the oil supply.
