former b-i-l had parked his van when woman dressed to nines and wearing fur coat parked next to him so close he couldn't get out driver door . he asked her to please move over so he could get out . she flipped him off and left .
b-i-l had cup of tobacco juice on dash board that somehow got spilled on roof and hood of her caddy .
