I hope you heal up soon and well. I know how you feel. When we lived in Bay City over 25 yrs ago, my son and I were skating by the river on a rink the city made. He was skating along the edge, and I was going to skate rapidly toward him and spray him with ice chips by stopping suddenly by him, but under a small layer of snow was a deep crack which dumped me into the frozen side and severely sprained my ankle. The Dr. said I would have been better off to break it. Being in construction, you get no pay when youre off, so 2 weeks was all I could take. At work, I had to hobble around without the aid of crutches and soon came to be known as 'step and a half'. What town do you live near in MI?
