I am not an expert but, I use Mobil One in all my 4-cyle gas engines (7 of them) for about 10 years, including my Ford 641. I have had no oil related problems with any of them. I have 180,000 on a Buick LaSabre and recently did a compression check. It tested to factory specs. There are several excellent oils available. One of the posters on this forum, who is a lot smarter than am I, has a lot of infomation on another product
