I'm not seeing this deep pocket corporate sponsorship? Even on the new yt it uses PHP-BB an open source content management system. Sure, there are ads here, I can get ads on my site too (since my sites have NOTHING to do with old iron I wont link them, just the fact that they exist). As to litigation, seriously, anyone can sue anyone for anything. Every single thread that mentions any type of field modification, every piece of electical advice, every livestock health recommendation is potential liability. I really admire Kim for how she runs the site most of the time. I admire CM more for how he has responded. Its been with much more tact and taste than I would have.
