For areas where there is little motion, but high loads, a good molydenum disulfide grease is hard to beat. We use it in high load situations on aircraft where they will not be greased often and failure of the joint is not an option. It tends to stay where it is put. Don't know how it responds to dirt and foreign matter, though. When you get up to 1000 rpm, a bearing should be oil lubricated, not greased. I think that your primary concern is that you have good seals, as a bad seal will mean a very short life for any bearing under the conditions you describe.
