I have pulled 24 hr shifts at present job twice in 14 years and several 18 hours and have to be back in 6 hours, but this is NOT physical work. Two weeks ago, narrowly missed a 24 hr shift and got called in for night shift this past Monday at 3:pm, had been working around the yard all day, no nap, but I made a good one, driving 50 miles home was hard though.
