Ummm I didn't think I would be talking about computers on this page, but I would like to put in my two pennies. I teach desktop publishing in high school and produce a 400 page yearbook with students working on 18 Macs. For graphics, ease of use, stability, and extras you can not beat Mac. I have never had a virus in my lab, and very little trouble considering all the use they get. I have to fund my equipment by making money off of advertising in my yearbook, no school board money. The school board signed some oppressive deal with IBM so they wouldn't even buy me Macs if they wanted to. They offered me all new PCs one year and I turned the offer down. Smartest thing I ever did. The school system is a headache of problems. A note about the other post. The new Macs DO NOT COME WITH CLASSIC. OS 9 is offically dead. But if you are new to Mac no worries. You wouldn't have classic software anyhow.
