I dont know what part of the hog,but I know almost all chain restaurants get the food from Sysco Foods and its all been frozen. They are on the stock exchange.I find the best food is not from Sysco.Work near a chain restauant and sooner or later a Sysco Foods truck will pull up.It used to be called Martin-Brower Corp.GOOD RIBS:Try the Lloyds Ribs from a pack in the supermarket.Meat dept but not frozen. The sauce is great. You heat a plastic bag in the microwave.Lots of sauce. Not real heart healthy but real good with a potato.
