Good air ride seats run better than 1500 each but they make the days tolerable. Forget the old pan seats, I spent an hour on an M last year and the swelling in my lower spine shut down my legs for a week. I sure do wish him the best if he chooses surgery. One of the things the docs told me at 39 when they fixed my knee was that as far as bone and soft tissue repairs went once you past 30 you were an old man, and it just takes a lot longer to heal that sort of stuff up.
