Mike and everyone else I work for small Mom and Pop propane company and the smartest thing you can do is have a leak check done. It's the check where they put a gauge on the line bleed it down to 10 psi and leave it set for 4 minutes. If you have a leak, pressure will slowly go down. Next open your hood once in a while in the summer and if you have a lot of flies under the hood you have a leak. Common areas for a leak that the leak check wont find is on the tank gauge next to the four screws and shut off valve, once in a while the tank it's self will leak and then they get to replace it. Good luck Merle
