Those infrared heaters sure feel good if you are where they are pointed. I have a couple in my garage that I can move around as needed. I also have an 8 foot long hanging model that I hope to use when I get the garage done. I still have some drywalling and insulating to do. It will sure be nice to have a warmer place to tinker with things. I am sure the heaters take a bunch of electricity when they are running, but I don't leave them on except when I am right there and can benefit from the heat. I wish they made the concrete floor warm, but I guess that is too much to ask of them, especially when they are only on for short time periods. Insulated boots work pretty good on the cold concrete.
