i combed out an entire tractor radiator with a small flat blade screwdriver and a small flat piece of galvanized steel sheet. whadda job that was. the hardheaded shop foreman where i worked insisted on NOT using a radiator comb and i did not have one anyway. took my own sweet time and it turned out ok. the company was paying for my time, so what the heck? sure don't want to do it again.
