I really don't think I ever said anything about 5th wheel or improperly loaded trailer of ANY type. If one loads any trailer improperly, be it 40 to 50 ft commercial to a 4x4 utility trailer, you are looking for a place for accident to happen. Common since and knowledge should prevail.
