Not in a million years. Lived in FL now 36 years and no one gets anything freee. Some states allow seniors to take courses free after 65 but most charge a modest fee to cover expenses. My frfiend in NC gets to attend Community college for 30 dollars a period for accreditation and free for just sitting in. He does welding and wood turning for free (72) years young
