Those axles should have an aluminum tag wrapped around them giving the info/weight that their good for. I'd guess 3500 lb ea, total of 7000 lb trailer & load. The frame itself on a camper is too light, the guage of the steel to thin to be hauling tractors. You can save the axles, brakes & springs. and make a 7000 lb GW trailer, which is a good landscape trailer.
