I'm not sure why you think either one of those are a scam, certainly look legitimate to me. Ebay now uses a number system rather than names in an effort to defeat the scammers from sending out second chance offers, that's perfectly normal and not a sign of a scam as you imply.
As for the prices you see with just one bid, did you stop to think that may very well have been the starting bid???
