JD No. 50 side mount sickle mower drives off front mid shaft PTO on JD 2510,3010,3020,4010,4020 row crop and standard tractors and maybe some later JDs also. Also with a different frame mount bracket & drive pulley fits JD 1020 & 2020 utility tractors. Made 1960s ? 1966 till ?? Crankshaft speed 900 RPM drives off 1000 RPM PTO. A different deeper frame mounting bracket and longer pulley with spacer is used for the taller row crop tractors than with the utility tractors. Belt drive with a double groove pulley with split center mounted on mid front PTO shaft. Covered in Operator Manual OMH62804 for mower serial numbers before (****-3000), Operators manual OME41162 serial#s (3001- ), Part Catalog PC1012.
