wow, finally i get a person or 2 that will discuss this with me and not someone being an airhead like the painters were to me cause i got in on the wrong site, ok,,the mechanic worked for jd,he went on his own cause he makes more money ,now, the parts were all new except for pistons and sleeves, see i had a bad crank,he is very sharp on john deeres too,the 1st turbo went out on the way home, about 6 miles away,,unless it did that over there too,and he didnt tell me,, after i replaced the turbo, which i did my self,,the one i pulled out was very wobbly,,i'm hoping that while the turbo is still new and under warranty, thats what it may be, now as for the parts going back together,i cleaned all them, and very well too, the intercooler, well the mechanic told me over the phone that theres still oil trapped in there from the 1st turbo going out,i seen a seep of oil in the gasket area is why i know that this is possible sir, thanks for writing ,i'm thinking of pulling the rubber hose that leads from the air filter to the turbo, and see if the shaft is wobbly, if it is i'll pull the turbo, drain oil,and change the filter too,and add new oil again.
