Agree with the post about checking sending unit and gauge. Also, I'm sure you put the thermostat in that the specs called for. Any chance that a cooler thermostat will help? Also, does it heat up when used hard in cool weather or is this just a Summer problem? If it just heats up in hot weather changing the fan take care of things. KEH
