Ain't Right

So, Here it is 3am and I'm doing my "can't sleep" thing again; keep thinking 'bout Gary's 1066 tractor picture and my mind wanders to this darned old 966 of mine. Okay, it runs warm when worked hard. Not hot mind you, but close enough to concern me and I keep an eye on it. Has a new engine, new water pump and the radiator is clean as a whistle. Thing is, it only has a four-bladed fan. Has anyone ever heard of a 966 with a 4-blade? Think my old 766 was this way, but it wasn't near the horse that a 966 is neither. Dunno, Allan

Restoration Story: Fordson Major - by Anthony West. George bought his Fordson Major from a an implement sale about 18 years ago for £200.00 (UK). There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard. From the engine number, it was found that this Major was produced late 1946. It was almost complete but had various parts that would definitely need replacing.
