My opinion, you did and said exactly the right thing and should just let it go and refuse to stoop to his or her level by bringing the subject back up. BUT..........(meant to be funny) If you must approach this person again, simply tell him or her: "I'm very sorry I upset you yesterday concerning my comments about my brother appearing on television. I have taken the liberty of contacting our local media outlet concerning your displeasure and they have chosen not to broadcast to your residence so if you do change your mind and want to view it you will have to go to a friend or family members house. I would let you come over to our place to watch it, but my wife thinks you smell bad. I hope that's OK."

Restoration Story: Fordson Major - by Anthony West. George bought his Fordson Major from a an implement sale about 18 years ago for £200.00 (UK). There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
