smokin power stroke

Has anyone ever had this same problem with a power stoke? I have a 2000 f250 with the power stoke,auto.Running some errands around this week end,and truck is warmed up and going down the highway at 55,or so. And all of a sudden blue smoke pours out of the tail pipe.does this for a few seconds and then goes away. it did this twice in a 10 mile strech. is their by chance something simple to check first,or is my turbo seals going out, truck only has 120000 miles on her.
