Not sure if it is still customary, but the HP I bought from Walmart had so much spyware already on it that it would not run. It was also misconfigured with a low speed bus with high speed components. At it's fighting weight, it is a dog. Customer Service was a joke that was unfortunately lost on me because I did not speak the proper language. I did understand enough to hear that although my computer was less than 2 weeks old, the warranty had possibly expired. It was also advertised with a CD+R/DVD-Rom. Careful inspection of the user manual revealed that it came with either, not the combo drive that was advertised on the box. I will buy a Dell when I feel I have recovered enough of this investment to pitch it. I sure hope this helps and sorry about the vent, Aaron
