I presume that you really checked close to be sure the oil is comeing from underneath the head. Before I tried to crank and run the engine, I would recheck the headbolt torque. Dry the oil off real good and spin engine over. It is possible the oil came from somewhere else and is running to the rear of head between the head and block. On a dry crankup engine, just a few spins of the engine should not have produced enough oil pressure to leak oil from underneath head. I would bet the oil is coming from somewhere else. Check all the external oil lines, the filter, and the filler , I bet you don't have a head problem, I've never seen one put oil out like that. Somewhere along the line installing the new engine maybe a little oil got spilled, it don't take but a little oil spill to make it look like a heck of a leak.
