Another thought - In that this is a finished building, standard framing would be the cheapest. The foundation cost might not cover the savings, unless you price out a monolithic slab foundation (if allowed). I have installed lots of these (50+) and have no problems. I have turned down a few monolithic building jobs because I didn't think the site had good enough drainage and couldn't be improved to be acceptable. Not that you asked, but I'd check into a heated floor - sounds like that would be great in a photo studio or beauty shop. Best of luck, Bill
