Electrolysis HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLZ

Today i was going to try the Electrolysis for the fun of it to see if any thing happen"s well nothing did i got the charger and ever thing i gotthe rust off one spot on the peace i was wanting to get free of rust and the other the same way well i put 7 gallons in about 3x2 space about 10 inches deep i put the watter in there frist and then put SUPPER WASHING SODA in it and put the - on the part and the + on the junk steel and turnd on my charger to 50 amps to just see and i did 10 and 2 amps and sat there for aobut 10 mins nothing i messd with the clamps that did not work. The charger is a auto one and i dont know if that has any thing to do with it or not. Dose any one know what is wrong i shure dont. Thanks a bunch Carson
