Some important lessons I have learned. You pick your friends (or they pick you ) but you can"t pick your family. Friends come and go, but enemys accumulate. Casual friends are the ones that come and go. Friends who you go through rough times with stay forever. Fraternity brothers who whent through the hazing that was normal in the early 70"s. for instance. 30 years later we are close. Military friends, especially if you were in combat and watched each others back. If you are sick or lose a parent, the people who come do the chores for you or bring food to the house. Those are the real friends. Gene
