For every brand of product or service out there is also the stories of the good, bad and the ugly. I don't know if your situation reflects the John Deere company or a local problem. In my own profession of dentistry, years ago many dentists didn't care whether you had a good experience in their care or not because they were the only one and you had no choice. Today, if it's not painless and if you don't have some empathy people will go somewhere else at the drop of a had because there are more choices out there...
