Well, if the turbo is the weak link, put in a Banks! I bought a '99 Dodge 2 years ago, with only 44k miles (old couple with RV). Banks turbo, upgrade exhaust and other stuff, sucker would pull over a house. Until it fried the torque converter. Independent mechanic said he fixes them all the time- smooth talking salesman gets you to bite for the upgrade turbo, exhaust, and other tweaks, but doesn't mention that you need a huskier torque converter, 'cause the extra cost would probably queer the deal.
