we make 3 to 5 a year all sizes and in wi. it's all you do is apply for a title for a home built they send you a form for inspection by any cop they check lights and some might look at the brakes [1 time in 5 years ]send form back in and they send you a ser. number plate with special rivets that you must use it put ser. number plate on with after you have it on go back to a cop and have them see that it's on with the rivets and they sign the form and you send it back to the DMV and were ready to go. i go to our local barrny fife takes 5 minn.
