A few thoughts from a Farmall guy...I'm sure you'll get a few from the others...If you 'want' a row crop, you're in luck. Much cheaper to get, generally. The city folks are usually scared of them and therefore they haven't driven the price sky high yet. I do not know of any way to add on live power to the PTO without doing something like a M&W hand clutch...any body know of any other way? So, stick with a number series Farmall. 300, 400, and so on. These will have everything on your wish list except the 3 point hitch. The 3 point may be added easily as an aftermarket costing from $400 to $1000 depending upon used/new and brand. The 300 is the smaller of the two although it is still 'tractor' size. The 400 is probably the least expensive to purchase and easiest to get a hold of. Have fun and good luck.
