So many tractors, help!

I will be looking to buy a tractor in the spring of 2000. I know I want an older one, partly because I like old stuff, and partly because they look MUCH easier to learn how to work on. I have a few things that I *gotta* have, and a few things I'd like it to have, but might could live without.
I need one that has...
1. A 3 point hitch
2. Live PTO (need a live PTO for a post hole digger, right?)
3. Enough HP to handle a small square baler on very light duty I'd like one with a row crop front end, but it's not a must have. Are there certain models that have the main 3 that I should take a look at? Can the 3 point hitch and live PTO be done aftermarket? Bear with me, I'm still using the 4 legged horse power here so the tractors are like a new car dealership to me. =)
