Wow I did not think I would get this many responses. I will try to answer all the questions that I can. I replaced all the gaskets including the head gasket I do not remember the name but I did purchase them from this site. I put in new rings and new rod bearings put in new valve seats and valves. I torqued the heads to 85 ft lbs. There are no sleeves in this motor it is a f-162 continental. The water stops coming out of the exhaust after the motor warms up a bit and does not do it again until it cools down and I start it back up. I do not get any change in radiator level that I can tell beacause I really have not run it long enough. I have run it only for about 45 minutes a couple of times just to try an get it up to temp. I did pressure check the the cooling system to see if I could hear or see anything coming into the cylinders through the plug holes. I know that it is coolant coming out and not gas or anything other foreign material. This motor ran well bofore the rebuild and did not blow coolant. The amount of water that comes out is mor than condesation (i think)I hope this helps. THANKS ALOT for all the quick response.
