J...been folowing your dilema all the way from the other forum to this one. i just recently saw or heard somewhere that after a period of running time you need to RE-torque your head bolts to take up the "bolt stretch". since you say it will stop leaking after it warms up, it sounds like maybe you should try this. a lotta folks been bangin their heads on the wall trying to figure out why you're having this problem, including me. i hope someone hits on the answer for you soon. -mike
