Find a can of Kroil.Wd is useless on tough jobs like this.I have my doubts about Pb,Sprayed some on a problem. In the time it took me to get a wrench, the PB evaporated. The drum is rusted tight to the hub. This happens to car and truck wheels often. When you get it off put some grease on the area that was stuck.Next time you heat it turn the drum and apply candle wax to the joint between the hub and drum. The puller wont help much here , the drum will just flex.Put some lug nuts back on if you keep using that puller.
