You answered the question yourself. Go to TSC buy a single spool valve and install in the line. You will need one live line and one return line. Then mount it on the splitter in a convenient place. You can also weld a bracket to your splitter standing straight up with a handle bolted to the top of it and a rod that attaches to the handle on your tractor and then you can work it from the back. This is a lot cheaper, but will not work on a cab tractor.
