tire gauge for liquid filled tires

my tractors got liquid filled tires, and a rear one seems low pressure. the problem is the valve stem is on inner side of rim and can't be reached when at the top, unless the fender and ROPS is removed. Is there an easier way to check tire pressure and maybe add some air in liquid filled tires?
