Delivery confirmation will cost 50 cents, and is free with the on-line "click and ship". Signature confirmation requires the signature of the recipient upon delivery, and I think that will cost $1.00. Either one of those is pretty cheap insurance and will keep people honest. Full insurance is not that expensive either. I will not ship anything without using the delivery confirmation, and in most cases, will not ship without insurance.
