I just inherited my father's land, and he has an old tractor with a loader on the front that I'd like to get running to help clean up the property. I remember it worked around 20 years ago, but has pretty much sat outside since then. I took some pics of it today and they are up on http://www.indolence.org/tractor/ It looks like it is a ford 800, from the logo on the front and what i compared pictures on the net for. Where should i look for more info like year to date it, or engine type, gas type? Is this stamped someplace on the tractor? Also whats a good place to start to look up what it would take to get the beast running. I do my own car and motorcycle work, sort of a weekend warrior, i noticed the tractor is 6 volt, not really sure where to start with it. Thanks
