I like the idea someone posted recently about removing the tank and affixing it with bungee cords off center to a rear tractor wheel that is jacked off the ground. The tank was loaded with small stones and the tractor started and the wheel rotates and the tumbler action cleans the interior of the crap. The tank is removed, cleaned and coated if desired and replaced. Once this man gets a quote on a new tank most likely he will reconsider one of the methods. My quote for an I H tank was $600
