Put the cleaner in the tank. Strap it to the rear tractor wheel (jacked up) and throw a handfull of rocks & gravel in. Let her roll in 1st for as long as you got gas & patience. Rinse it out well and make sure it is completely dry, then use a tank sealer. This works. Even another used tank is going to have varnish & flake, so save your self the money. Just adding a fuel filter is another good option.
