Advice Needed ASAP

My yuppie neighbor went to the Dr today. The Dr prescribed some suppositories for him. I called over to check on him before I go to bed.
He says he took half the box, and they left a greasy taste in his mouth, and he doesn't feel any better hours later.. My question is this, should he take more or is this normal. He works at a nuclear missile lab and is worried if the suppositories will show up on random drug screen?
