I have never tried the PB blaster, but again I agree with old. DO NOT PULL that tractor it will cause damage to the rods almost immedietly. I have rebuilt engines in several old tractors with broke or bent connecting rods from this very reason. The tranny fluid is a good idea. It has been my experiance with stuck engines they usually need sleeves or rebored. Sometimes you may get by with honing.
