I am looking at buying a case 6000 3 bottom plow will my Ford 841 be able to pull it in rocky, sandy soils? If not can I take one of the bottoms off and make it a 2 bottom? The farmer wants $500.00 and it is in really good shape. I will be plowing in Door county in a field that use to be a forest. We took 6 acres of mature maples out & pulled all the stumps 3 years ago. I have alot of rocks in certain areas. The rocks range from softball size to football size. I have picked all the rocks on the surface but there is underlying rocks in certain areas. Any recommendations would help? I love this website!!!!
